I am the Broker and Owner of Divine Realty Consultants, a boutique brokerage committed to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the residential real estate market with confidence. Licensed as a real estate professional since 2011 and as a broker since 2020, I bring over a decade of industry experience combined with a strong commitment to client advocacy and financial education.

As a Haitian American REALTOR®, I am proud to serve the diverse communities that make up New Orleans, including Haitian families seeking trusted guidance in their homeownership journey. Our brokerage proudly offers services in English, Haitian Kreyol, and French to ensure that language is never a barrier to understanding the homebuying or selling process.

What sets my work apart is my focus on preparation and education. As a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI®), I provide financial coaching and homebuyer education to help clients strengthen their credit, build savings, and understand the financial requirements of purchasing a home before submitting a mortgage application. My goal is not simply to help someone buy a home, but to ensure they are financially prepared to sustain and protect that investment.

I take great pride in the relationships I build with my clients and believe that real estate should always be guided by trust, transparency, and communication. My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I remain actively engaged throughout every stage of the process, keeping clients fully informed and supported from the first consultation through closing and beyond.

In addition to serving individual clients, I am passionate about expanding access to homeownership through financial literacy workshops, first-time homebuyer education, and partnerships with community organizations. My work is centered on helping individuals and families build stability, wealth, and opportunity through real estate.

EXPERIENCE

Since 2011, I have helped individuals and families successfully rent, buy, and sell homes throughout the New Orleans metropolitan area. With more than a decade of experience in residential real estate, I bring a strong understanding of the local housing market and a commitment to guiding clients through each step of the process with clarity, confidence, and care.

I am a graduate of Tulane University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. My background in communications and marketing allows me to strategically position homes for sale, effectively promote listings, and build strong relationships with clients and industry partners. By combining market knowledge, strategic marketing, and client-focused service, I work to ensure that every transaction is handled professionally and results in the best possible outcome for those I serve.

In addition to my work as a broker, I am also a dedicated affordable housing advocate. I am passionate about expanding access to homeownership by educating buyers about financial readiness, down payment assistance programs, and pathways to building long-term wealth through real estate. Through workshops, financial coaching, and partnerships with community organizations, I work to help individuals and families move from renting to owning and create greater housing stability in our communities.
